Keven Jensen, Rice Lake
Region 1 Director
The WASB Board of Directors appointed Rice Lake School Board President Keven Jensen as the interim Region 1 director on Aug. 20, 2026.
He will serve in that role through the Fall Regional Meeting on Oct. 6 in Hayward. An election will be held during that meeting, with each WASB member board and each eligible CESA Board of Control having one vote, which must be cast in person by a board member in attendance at the meeting.
The person elected will begin their term as director at the close of the Fall Regional Meeting. The term will last until January 2028, with the elected individual serving the unexpired portion of former WASB Region 1 Director Linda Flottum, who resigned from the Turtle Lake School Board this summer.
