Nominations for the 2026 Business Honor Roll are now open!
Businesses help Wisconsin school districts in many ways, including donating to scholarship programs, providing mentorship opportunities to students, delivering presentations to classes or schools, volunteering in schools and more. These are just a few examples of how businesses partner with schools — let us know how your local business supports your schools by submitting them for the 2026 WASB Business Honor Roll by Aug. 7, 2026.
Every year, the WASB invites member school boards to submit the names of up to five local businesses, including newspapers or other media, that have been helpful to your school district over the past year.
Tell us who they are and what they have done for your schools, and we will help you promote your business partnerships.
- All nominated businesses will be posted on the WASB website.
- Districts will be provided a sample press release and a personalized certificate to present to the business(es).
- Select nominees and the stories of their successful partnerships will be featured in Wisconsin School News.
More than 180 businesses were recognized in the 2025 WASB Business Honor Roll. Congratulations to those businesses and the 56 school districts they have partnered with to benefit their communities.
