Honor your outgoing school board members for length of service with a certificate of commendation. This certificate is a complimentary member service and there is no fee. Please email Ingrid Frank with the following information for each certificate:
- Submitter Name
- Submitter Email
- Submitter Mailing Address
- Date Certificate is Needed
- School District
- Name of Honoree
- Dates of Service
Please note that certificates will take at least one week to process.
