Switching to BoardBook Is Now Cheaper and Easier Than Ever

For organizations considering a transition to BoardBook as their meeting management platform, BoardBook has recently announced that it will upload historical public meeting agendas and public meeting minutes at no cost to the district. To take advantage of this service, files must be provided in PDF format and can be shared with BoardBook either as a ZIP file or through a shared storage location, such as a shared storage folder or Google Drive. Historical data in formats other than PDF can also be uploaded by BoardBook; however, additional processing fees may apply.

Files must have a clear, descriptive name (ex. Meeting Minutes for July 15th Board Meeting) to be processed. The suggested naming format is “YYYY-MM-DD type (agenda/minutes) Title of meeting.” A $250 annual fee will be charged to index and process files submitted in formats other than PDF.
