You’ll be able to get up close and personal with birds of prey, reptiles and a few furry mammals. It will be a one-of-a-kind event you won’t want to miss!

Special Exhibit: Burke Outdoor Classroom, Booth 137

Combining learning and the outdoors creates an environment that is flexible, open and where there is room for students to learn together, apart. This outdoor classroom design, featured in Burke Booth 137, will inspire exploration, activity and offer hands-on learning experiences for years to come.

Novo® Playful Furniture makes it simple to create a learning environment that enriches and engages children while providing comfort and ease for teachers and caregivers. Combining form and function to generate fun and creative site amenities that can be used to create an outdoor classroom space, Novo invites everyone in.

Music education is an important and fun part of learning for children. PlayEnsemble, Burke’s collection of outdoor musical instruments, brings musical expression to learning spaces. Musical experiences aren’t just play; they also accelerate child development by enhancing overall motor skills, language and literacy. Designing an outdoor classroom that includes music will help round out education for all.

Special Exhibit: Tech Corner Mini-Sessions, Booth 348

Technology is rapidly changing the dynamics of education and enabling new ways of learning, communicating and working collaboratively.

Stop by the Tech Corner during the dedicated exhibit hall hours for special mini-sessions that will give you ideas on how to improve instruction, curriculum and facilities for tomorrow’s students.

Special Exhibit: Solar Schools Pavilion, Booth 125

Clean energy is possible for all Wisconsin schools. Improving building energy efficiency and planning for renewable energy will stabilize a district’s utility expenses and have an excellent return on investment. Visit the Solar Schools Pavilion to meet community partners and providers who can help your district develop a roadmap to clean energy. Be sure your agenda includes Solar Schools Pavilion during dedicated exhibit hall times when school teams (installers, funders, Focus on Energy, district administrators and board members) will be available to share their school’s stories about going solar. Pavilion visitors can enter to win solar chargers for classroom devices! It might be snowing outside, but we promise to make the sun shine here!
