The Exhibit Hall features hundreds of businesses and organizations focused on providing products, services and support to public schools.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Wednesday, Jan. 17: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Dedicated Exhibit Hall times: 9-10 a.m. | 12-1:30 p.m. | 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 18: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• Dedicated Exhibit Hall times: 9:45-10:45 a.m. | 11:45 a.m.-1:45 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Breakfast

A light complimentary breakfast will be available to all convention attendees in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, Jan. 17 from 9-10 a.m.

The breakfast is served to welcome everyone to the 2024 State Education Convention.

Dream Flight USA Bus, Booth 147

Combining space, STEM and hands-on workstations, this unique learning opportunity is designed to motivate students. The STEM Shuttle is an interactive learning opportunity developed for grades 4-8.

Learn what the WASB is doing for you! Have questions about the WASB or our offerings? Get them answered by our team. We’ll have lawyers, consultants and WASB Directors ready to answer your questions.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the Online Learning Platform, Policy Resource Guide and Superintendent Evaluation Framework, along with how the WASB search and governance consultants can uniquely support your school board.

Special Exhibit: Solar Schools Pavilion, Booth 125

Clean energy is possible for all schools in Wisconsin. Improving building energy efficiency and planning for renewable energy stabilizes a school district’s utility expenses and offers an excellent ROI. Visit the Solar Schools Pavilion to meet community partners and providers who can help your district develop a roadmap to clean energy. Be sure your agenda includes Solar Schools Pavilion during dedicated exhibit hall times when clean energy teams will be available to share their stories and offer advice about going solar.

Kiel eSchool Portable Planetarium, Booth 137

With the ability to search and project the skies anywhere on earth and from our telescopes in space, students can explore new worlds. Kiel eSchool wants students to feel there are no limits to their learning and that, even on Earth, they can touch the stars.
