Student Art Exhibit
Join us in showcasing the talent of Wisconsin students!
The theme of the 2025 Student Art Exhibit is community. This experience is open to all Wisconsin public school students enrolled in grades 7-12.
The deadline to submit art is Saturday, November 15.
Student Video Team
Film the 2026 State Education Convention!
The WASB is seeking a team of two or more talented students from one school district to produce a video that highlights some of the exciting events, sessions and performances at the State Education Convention.

The application deadline is Friday, November 28.
School Fair
The State Education Convention showcases the innovative and inspiring work of schools and students!
The School Fair features innovative programs and projects that have made a difference in school districts across Wisconsin.
The deadline to submit was Friday, Sept. 19.
If you submitted a School Fair session, WASB staff will contact you soon to inform you whether or not it was selected.
Breakout Sessions
The deadline to submit breakout session proposals was June 20.
More than 200 proposals were submitted for the 2026 Wisconsin State Education Convention. Thank you for your interest and expertise. The convention thrives because of the dynamic education leaders throughout the state.

Student Performance Showcase (New!)
The deadline to submit Student Performance Showcase proposals was June 20.
The Wisconsin Association of School Boards and the Wisconsin School Music Association co-sponsor an annual Student Performance Showcase for Wisconsin students in grades 9-12. Three performance groups will be selected to perform during the State Education Convention general sessions. Travel stipends for participating districts are generously provided by the WASBO Foundation.
