Legislative leaders invite governor to deliver State of the State address on Feb 15

Senate President Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) and Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) have invited Governor Tony Evers to deliver the 2022 State of the State address on February 15, 2022 at 7 p.m. “live and in-person” to a joint session of the Wisconsin State Legislature in the Assembly chambers. 

The State of the State is an annual address given by the governor where they can lay out their top priorities and policy goals for the year. The legislative leaders laid out what they most want to see addressed in their letter which you can access here.
