The Exhibit Hall features hundreds of businesses and organizations focused on providing products, services and support to public schools.

Visit the Exhibit Hall and interact with experienced school partners and learn about innovative new products and services available to schools.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Wednesday, Jan. 21: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

• Dedicated Exhibit Hall times: 9-10 a.m. | 12-1:30 p.m. | 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 22: 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

• Dedicated Exhibit Hall times: 9:45-10:45 a.m. | 11:45 a.m.-1:45 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Breakfast

A light complimentary breakfast will be available to all convention attendees in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 9-10 a.m.

The breakfast is served to welcome everyone to the State Education Convention.

School Fair: Interactive Exhibits

The School Fair in the Exhibit Hall features interactive exhibits by school leaders, teachers and students from around the state.

The full descriptions of these exhibits will be available in the convention agenda or mobile app. The session titles and corresponding district presenters are:

  • Empowered to Lead: How Student Voice is Reshaping School Culture — Platteville School District

Exhibit Hall Mini Sessions

Join us in the Exhibit Hall for mini sessions on the latest trends and innovations in education. Learn from experts, network with peers and discover new solutions to your challenges.

Find the mini session presentation area toward the rear of the Exhibit Hall on the right-hand side. The full presentation schedule will be available soon here and on the app. It includes:

Dream Flight USA, Booth 147

Giving students space — and STEM — to learn! Visit the unique STEM Shuttle in booth 147 and see how it motivates students in upper elementary and middle schools to learn. Students are challenged by the hands-on workstations aboard the shuttle.

Cahill/VIP Photo Booth, Booth 937

Visit the Cahill/VIP Photo Booth at Booth 937 to get your photo taken! Get a complimentary professional photo taken for your district or take a fun group photo with your colleagues.

Kiel eSchool Zen Space, Booth 137

Visit the Digitarium dome with Between the Lakes Virtual Academy & Kiel eSchool. Relax and enjoy the night sky, the Milky Way and the Aurora Borealis in an immersive virtual experience. Programs run 5-15 minutes — stay for one or experience them all! Find the dome at booth 137.

WASB Commons

Learn what the WASB is doing for you! Have questions about the WASB or our offerings? The WASB encourages members to stop by the WASB Commons, relax, connect with staff members and learn about the numerous services and products designed to help you lead your school district.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the Online Learning Platform, Policy Resource Guide and Superintendent Evaluation Framework, along with how the WASB search and governance consultants can uniquely support your school board.

Cafeteria

The Exhibit Hall features a cafeteria with a full menu of lunch and snack items. Grab a bite to eat without having to leave the action in the Baird Center.
