Self-Registration Information

Starting this year, the State Education Convention will offer convenient self-registration options. Before the convention, you’ll receive an email with a QR code that can be used at self-registration stations located on the third floor of the Baird Center. Simply scan your QR code, follow the on-screen instructions, and print your badge. If you don’t have access to your QR code, please search for your badge using your first and last name.

After printing your badge, please take a moment to review the information on the back, which will note any ticketed events you’ve registered for, dietary restrictions, or service award passes available to you.

Traditional check-in options will still be available for those who prefer in-person assistance. WASB staff will be on hand in the registration area throughout the convention to answer questions and provide support as needed.
