2023 EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES

Most prices are based on square feet (sq. ft.).
• 10′ x 10′ = $12.50 per sq. ft. ($1,250)
• 10′ x 20′ = $12.00 per sq. ft. ($2,400)
• 10′ x 30′ or larger = $11.00 per sq. ft. (e.g., 20′ x 20′ booth = 400 sq. ft. = $4,400)

Additions:
• Corner Booth(s): $50 per corner extra
• Front Section (first four rows): $100 extra

Example: Booth 806 = $1,400
$1,250 for 10′ x 10′ + $50 for 1 corner + $100 front section = $1,400

• School Bus Flat Rate = $2,750 (Regular), $2,700 (Early Bird)

Early Bird Rate: 5% discount for all booths paid in full on or by July 31, 2022 (school bus flat rate has separate early bird price).
Regular rates apply for payments received August 1, 2022 or later.

Please see our Contract Terms & Regulations. After full payment is received, you will be required to agree to these statements to exhibit at the show.

Returning exhibitors from the January 2022 show can reclaim their 2022 booth location by emailing exhibitors@wasb.org stating your desire to reclaim your booth by April 5, 2022. You will receive email confirmation including an invoice. You must agree to the Contract Terms & Regulations before confirming your request. All booths not reclaimed by April 5, 2022, will be released for general sale beginning April 6, 2022. New exhibitors may request booths not sold in 2022 prior to April 5 or request any available booth after April 5, 2022. The web-based floor plan allows you to see what booths are available and where other exhibitors have been placed.

NOTE: The Exhibitor is solely responsible for site selection regarding proximity to competing or complimentary goods or services.

Your Business Profile for Web/Print

Your business profile will be included on the convention website, Convention Mobile App and print publications. The profile is the description of your company, products and/or services. Exhibitors may choose from three levels:

• Basic Business Profile (no additional cost)
  • Company name, address and telephone, booth number and up to 30 words of descriptive text on the website and in the printed guide.
• Enhanced Listing ($295)
  • Expanded profile with 1 Digital Product Showcase, Press Release, and Show Specials
• Premier Listing ($595)
  • Unlimited Digital Product Showcase
  • 2 Video Uploads
  • Premium Placement at the top of the Exhibitors List
